Boil the potatoes starting with cold salted water
Meanwhile prepare the mayonnaise
When the potatoes are cooked, pass them through a food mill
Pass some potato through with some tuna
At the end, add the butter, nutmeg, parsley and capers to the mixture
Mix to obtain a smooth mixture
At this point shape the mixture like a fish or simply into a rectangle
Place on a plate and cover with the mayonnaise (preferably rather runny)
